The language of the times has changed drastically. Yesterday no longer serves this day. As a society that is separate in our belief, we now desire to unite. There is emotional pain, fear, anger, and dis-ease of our bodies, and mind. Our souls are offering clues that there is a better way to exist.
We all want peace!
We all crave to be whole!
We all need self-love!
The questions arise daily for many of us that we are unhappy, and being harmed by another’s, thoughts, words, and actions. At times, even our own thoughts that are negative do harm to us. The seeds of yesterday that were planted and fed by anyone who has ever caused any of us to fear, experience guilt, shame for not letting another control us, and grief at a loss of any kind need to be released.
Becoming aware is becoming awakened to the truth, passion, and purpose of our life existence. Somewhere along the path of believing in what our parents raised us to follow and all that society instills as a way to be, look and perform has created our truth to hide. As all of life is energy, money is the culprit in many relationships that manifest a form of suffering. We choose money over our passion and purpose in life.
We desire to be a chef, but the money is in working in our family business.
We want to be a teacher but there is no money for college, and we instead marry and raise a family.
We crave to experience life by playing music, but the money is in working with our hands.
We choose money over our innate gifts.
Life is a process of understanding that free will offers us the choice of how we want to live our lives. Everyone shows us who they are, by their decisions. This very day is the day to sit, close your eyes and reflect on where you are at this time in your life. What is it that you need to release that is no longer serving you. The following affirmations by Sohini Trehan are a way to look within and contemplate your beliefs about yourself daily.
“I am a divine being of light, and I am peaceful, protected and secure.”
Bring your attention to your legs at the base of the spine down to your feet.
Personal development stems from being grounded in our lives. If you are disconnected from your body and the world it is due to trust issues, not feeling safe, nourished, or healthy, that stem from your family, tribe and home experience.
How do you feel at this moment?
Are there any aches or pain?
Do you fall a lot?
What beliefs are yours when it comes to how you were brought up?
Who is part of your tribe on a daily basis?
Do you communicate with love to one another or fear?
Was there any negative birth experiences?
Did you ever feel abandoned or felt abused as a child?
Any childhood surgeries or severe illness or accidents?
Did you move many times when small?
Is permanent stress part of your existence now?
Aromatherapy, by using essential oils in a diffuser like cedar or clover is beneficial. Hug a tree, yoga, Pilates, walk barefoot outside, take a hike, dancing, gardening, sun on your body. Meditate. Journal about how you feel. Visualize your roots. Sit against a tree. Close, your eyes, breathe deep belly breaths and imagine your energetic roots sinking deep into the ground beneath you. Picture them connecting you to Mother Nature and know that the foundation is a solid one to build your life on.
I am radiant, beautiful and strong and enjoy a healthy and passionate life…”
Move up to sacral, place your hands on your naval area.
What is the sensation you experience at this moment?
It is here where our emotion and pleasure exist, the divine inner child and wounded child. A person who has unhealthy boundaries when it comes to relationships, money, and sex, become a martyr. The major distinction is an addiction to food, drugs, alcohol, sex, pornography, shopping, and exercise that is excessive, and chocolate and on and on. A person who wants to control others is angry and filled with rage. They are very excessive, their belief is ‘life is about me!”
Are you creative in your life by enjoying what you do daily?
Are you whole in your sexuality or is guilt in your body from past actions?
Any tumors, or miscarriages?
Prone to negative attitudes daily?
Did you sell out for money, power or sex?
Are you chronically feeling lonely or abandoned?
Do you get angry when you give to others and they are unappreciative?
Are you sacrificing your dreams and goals for another’s approval?
Do you sense impotence within?
Do the opinions of others matter most to you?
Does change terrify you?
Are you revengeful and unable to let things go?
Is there a lack of ethics?
Are you an energy vampire?
Your body needs to move; dance, slow and sensuous or wildly abandoned. How do you feel when you dance? Indulge in a treat once a week that comforts you, take a bubble bath, use scented oils, treat yourself to lunch. Keep the sexual energy moving through fantasy, books, romantic movies or sexy clothing.
“I am positively empowered and successful in all my ventures.”
Take your hands and place them on your solar plexus and imagine the power you possess as a divine being of light and love.
Do you feel powerful in your daily interactions with those you love, work with and when it comes to your parents?
Has anyone ever made you feel shame?
Are you angry?
Who do you blame?
Filled with resentment?
Only you – can do for you! Laughter is the best medicine to heal. Play! Get physically outside in sports, swimming, and connecting to the earth. Get outside every day in the sunshine. Walk by bodies of water, rivers, lakes and the ocean in the moonlight especially.
“Love is the answer to everything in life, and I give and receive love effortlessly and unconditionally.”
Now you are at your heart the bridge to the rest of your body above.
Do you love yourself?
Do you feel loved?
Are you loving?
What does your heart ache for in your romantic relationship?
How has grief kept you stuck in a relationship because of fear, guilt, and shame?
What have you refused to do with passion and purpose in your life because of grief?
Is your heart shut down?
Have you felt betrayed, or rejected?
Who do you need to forgive?
Are you resentful?
What feelings don’t you want to feel?
Being loved and loving is why you are here! Get a pet to love with joy! Meditate, journal, then journal, meditate daily! Intend to be open to loving yourself. Do what you love! When balanced with a sense of love of self and love of others a profound sense of peace and fulfillment is evident.
“My thoughts are positive, and I always express myself truthfully and clearly.”
The throat is our avenue to communicate in life with all. Now it is time to speak your truth! In the past, did someone lie to you and you were aware of it. In doing so, you have grown up to also lie as a defense mechanism because you are clueless as to why they lied. A pattern develops in all of us as we copy our parent’s behavior.
Are you honestly taking responsibility for your needs?
Do you say what you think or do you self-edit?
Do you hear and act on inner guidance?
Are living creatively?
Do you have repeated sore throats?
Frequent pain in this area?
Talk too loud, too much, stutter, or reluctant to speak?
Are you shy?
Purchase a beautiful journal that you will enjoy writing in daily all your thoughts, feelings and insights about you. Scream if you must! Singing lessons, chanting works as well. Pick a form of creative expression like a child; dance, voice, writing, drawing, painting, or whatever appeals to you. If you have relationships issues go to couples therapy to improve communication to connect. Surrender. Open to guidance to a higher power.
“I am tuned into the divine universal wisdom and always understand the true meaning of life situations.”
Between our eyes is our brow or third eye, which also is called our intuition. That which we see that is unseen. We store our memories and dream experiences. The imagination of the past and future is evident here. We also can go beyond our five senses and the physical plane. Discernment in our daily life of what we want to see or not choose to see.
Any health conditions related to the eyes, nose brain or neurological system?
Do you remember your dreams?
Are you closed-minded?
Do you deny or ignore the facts or truth in a situation?
Are you shutting off your inner guidance?
Do you believe your inner guidance does not exist?
Do you believe in a way that it is not of your moral obligations?
Are you negative first and project that out onto others in most situations?
You will benefit by sitting in silence through meditation, being in Mother Nature or even the act of prayer or taking pen to paper? These are the tools to awaken the mind of intuition. Believe that you are intuitive! Practice visualizations. Set an intention and commit to listening within for direction. Honor the information with your actions. Create a feeling of inner harmony by surrounding yourself with beauty that you love. Experience life as a child filled with wonder. Explore life more. Set an intention at night to remember your dreams and write down what you do in the morning. What is the message?
“I am complete and one with the divine energy.”
The crown of our head is our connection to the Divine in thought, consciousness, information, and intelligence. The whole process of knowing. Our search for fulfillment and enlightenment. Spirituality needs to be in the body and our daily lives not in our heads only.
Are you always in your head?
Do you have a holier-than-thou attitude?
Are you spacey?
At times are you dissociated from the real world?
Do you believe you are narrow-minded?
Do you have rigid beliefs?
Meditation, and prayer, as well as a sacred ritual, will strengthen you. Spiritual practices allow us to embrace the universal field of consciousness. Fear, anxiety, and anger tend to close off our connection to the Divine. Prayer, meditation offers a release from difficult emotions so that we live entirely in our unique life journeys.
We are all born gifted!
We need to discover this gift!
We can then live our gift with passion!
At a convenient time, take a pen and paper, light a candle and answer the above questions one by one. In doing so, you will develop a path of truth for how you want to live your life today. Your inner wisdom will guide you towards all that needs to be released by simply paying attention to how you feel in your body.
As humans living a spiritual journey, we as a society rush around from one moment to another. We struggle with all that we have to accomplish. We become frantic this time of year because of the holiday season. Money goes on gifts that people sometimes do not want or need
Through it all, we have become a people that struggle! Whoever we are in the family or friends that we communicate with there is a struggle to behold. The biggest of these during this time of year is those that we have lost. Grief grips us in a moment and tears well up, and we remember what will never be.
“Be a reflection of what you’d like to see in others! If you want love, give love, if you want honesty, give honesty, if you want respect, give respect. You get in return, what you give!” – Unknown
It just is too much! Then we have to take into account where we are as a person in our own lives …
-Have we manifested our dreams? -Did we do all that we said we would do this year? -Have we been able to move forward in life more abundant this year? -Is being happy part of our daily life? If not, what can we do to change this?
“A pause gives you breathing space so listen to the whispers of the real you waiting to happen.” -Tara Estacaan
Today is the day that you need to ‘pause.’ Sit down in silence for a few minutes and dream your dream. Take pen to paper and write a letter to yourself on how you crave to live your life. Walk outside in Mother Nature and breathe in the wonders that are waiting for you. Ask and then listen, and you will hear what to do.
Reflection of the self is necessary at this time of the year. We are all a year older, and life sometimes gets away from us. The chores of our daily life experience can override our hearts desires. One day we had a beautiful dream, but the next day we are living a nightmare. When we ‘pause’ we take into account that which will bring us joy and happiness. It is our right to have joy and happiness daily in our lives. Anything we need to know waits within to be acknowledged.
Many of us believe that life is meant to be difficult, that we cannot be abundant or we need to feel pain. If your life is unhappy, painful, filled with lack, or you are unhealthy, then take this day to ‘pause,’ reflect, and rewrite your dreams. We are here to love one another, raise our vibration and to be of service.
“Since everything is a reflection of our minds … Everything can be changed by our minds.” -Buddha
We each must go within to find the answers we seek. If grief is part of your experience at this moment, please celebrate the life you were blessed to be a part of so that they are free now to journey all that they can as well. There is no death, only freedom when one chooses to transition over. Breathe that in!
Back in 2000, all I craved was to become a better person. I became a seeker of the written word in all forms, religions, beliefs, and practices. I knew that there had to be more to life. I believed that I was to share something with the world. I had an inner wisdom waiting to ignite. I felt this in my heart and soul.
I started a journey that has been amazing, difficult, filled with love, teachers and amazing women and men. I doubted at times as well! Who was I but a wife and mother when I awakened to my spirituality. Still, I moved forward open to all that was. Eager to know who I was and where I was to go.
“Pause. Listen for the whispers of your Soul. Soul quietly flows through every part of you.” -Nancy Langston
Now all these years later, I have decided to ‘pause’ at this time and see what my next step will be. In the past, I seemed to be experiencing an unknown force taking me from this interest to that teaching, year after year; books, workshops, retreats, online classes, teachers and faraway travels.
It all began in 1988, this urge to know! Today, at the end of 2017, change surrounds me. I have experienced being a Reiki Master, Certified Holistic Health Counselor, Metaphysical Practioner, Energy Healer, a self-published Author, and blogger. I have personally offered workshops, healing circles and retreats. There have been many studies that I have undertaken and many that I have not. Today, I ‘pause!’
I am honored to be a daughter, wife, mother, grandmother, and friend but, that is not all I am to be. There is an inner call to know my truth, live it and share all that I can to help raise my vibration and your vibration. We are all here as beings of love, to live our truth and lift each other up to be the best we can be and to be of service. Attaching each other to forgiveness is essential.
“Life is a dash. Pause in the present. Enjoy this moment.” – J.R. Rim
I encourage you to take a moment and ‘pause’ this day … We as a society need to release what no longer serves us and to slow down by sitting with ourselves in silence to know what is our next step on the path of our lives … so, pause!
-Where are you? -Where do you want to go? -Are you living your truth? -Do you know what your truth is?
I, too will ‘pause,’ in the New Year to go within, read spiritual books, meditate, journal and bond with Mother Nature. I pray that you join me so that 2018 can be the best year of our lives.
“The present moment is a powerful goddess…” -Johann Wolfgang von Goethe
The beauty of daily life is to be aware of the moment that ignites your senses to become present. To treasure these days as points of the mind where one feels encouraged to be calm, happy and grateful. To be witness that one is blessed with a gift that can be treasured forever. Time to be with the self allows one to know who they are. When we meditate, pray, journal, read or create, that is the essence of a life awakening to the self. Throw in the beauty of Mother Nature and bask in her love which can be a special moment in time. Being blessed personally to enjoy my daily life experience I feel completely in awe of God and His teachings as they have been shown to me. I treasure the moments we share.
“Be frugal of your time. It is one of the best jewels we have…” -Sir Matthew Hale
I travel through my day breathing in the beauty of Mother Nature that sits right outside my window. I relish in a life lived to take the time I need to nurture my body, mind and soul. Through my spiritual practice, I have focused on the benefits of meditation, prayer, journaling and reading of spiritual books which fill me with the glow of my inner being. My days are full of peace, joy and happiness. There sits within my heart a belief that I am exactly doing what I need to do at this time in my life. The thoughts of yesterday’s fears are no longer. There is nothing that can take my beliefs away from me at this time.
“Time is the measurer of all things, but is itself immeasurable, and the grand discloser of all things, but is itself undisclosed…” -Charles Caleb Colton
I have been given a gift that does not follow a world that I no longer need to be attached to. I am free. I am aware. I am connected. My past has shown me the lessons learned and that forgiveness is essential on the path for all to claim. It matters not what happened in the past only that I release the need or desire to cling to something I cannot change. This gift of time I have been granted allows me to know my truth, to know me!
“To thine own self be true…” – William Shakespeare
Life is to be lived, forgiven and shared with an unconditional love that what we do to another we do to ourselves. What connects us all is our daily actions that we take for granted. We are all one because of the energy of the following: we walk this planet called Mother Earth, we use her water, her sun shines on us all, and we breathe her air. Imagine how this gift of oneness can benefit each of us by honoring and respecting one another completely, no questions asked. With respect, love and acceptance we embrace each other and love those we share this planet with because we can. Why not?
“The goal of life is to make your heartbeat match the beat of the universe, to match your nature with Nature…” -Joseph Campbell
Now is the time to take the journey on your path that will set you free of your fears! The gift of time is yours to claim as a personal moment to know the God within. The tools we use to make this connection are many. Find one or more that suits you to develop your time now to develop your freedom, awareness and connection that is your personal gift to claim and unique to you.
Accept those you share your life with as they are.
The power of magic in our lives is based on our beliefs. Do you believe in magic? Does life seem magical at times? Can magic fill you with glee at the memory of your childhood? Is that innocence no longer part of your day?
We are born filled with all possibility to create a magical existence. However, we become trapped into the world of adults and their beliefs governed by society. A society that drills into us that more is the answer to life. We become overwhelmed by the beliefs of others on how to look, dress and what job we must accept. Cars that we drive even have a status in today’s world. How much money we need to exist and what foods we must eat. WHY?
“Find that magical place in life and live there…”
Why have we allowed our lives to be based on what others believe and think? Can we not return to the childhood innocence of a belief that anything is possible even magic! Is it not time today to stop and become aware of what stirs our soul and heart. What are we passionate about in life today that thrilled us as a child? Why can’t we release from our minds the echo of our parents and societies beliefs, and that which no longer serves us today as adults?
Through the practice of meditation and the act of going within to hear the silence from the depths of our soul magic is created. It is the magic we crave today that will inspire us to live our lives based on the truth of our own beliefs.
Many of us have had difficult childhoods but trust me if you sit in silence the memories of magical times from your inner child will surface eventually to comfort you as an adult today. Embrace your inner child to feel safe and loved by you today. What did you dream for yourself as a child?
We are all here to love and be loved, to forgive and be of service. When death comes to the physical body all that will live eternally is the love you shared and the light you offered towards another by being of service.
“Life is a sequence of moments and when those moments sequence right. It’s magical…”
The daily practice of prayer after meditation is the gift we give to ourselves as well as those we pray for. Reading spiritual books for 15 minutes a day enlightens our spiritual practice to create magic to unfold through our connection to Spirit. We will then believe in ourselves by the process of loving all that we have survived because our lives have passion and purpose. We begin to float through the day, loving our journey as it unfolds magically all around us.
It is the beliefs of our truth that we must cling to now – today – not tomorrow. It is time to change our ways and be the spiritual beings we were born to be. Stand up for yourself and be the magical spiritual being that you were created for. As our journey of magic unfolds it is that time that will nourish you to be the best person you can be. Why not strive for the magic?
“All I know is that when I pray, coincidences happen; and when I don’t pray. they don’t happen…” -Dan Hayes
Life is yours to claim and create that which stirs your soul to awakening to your truth. It is your passion that you silently held close to your heart as a child that needs to be fueled today no matter what another told you in the past. We as spiritual beings are extremely powerful by the simple way we use our thoughts, words and actions daily. We are all magical.
Life is a path we travel that creates the journey to fulfill our humanity by being brave enough to walk how we choose to. Release any old beliefs that you are not worthy enough, smart enough, good enough or even pretty or handsome enough. YOU are perfect just as you are. YOU are at the right place where you are meant to be today. There are no mistakes. Now let the magic in. Live your life not how someone drills into they believe you should live. There is no ‘should’ in magic.
“Logic will get you from A-Z! Imagination will get you everywhere…” -Albert Einstein
The last tool after meditating, praying and reading spiritual books is to journal your feelings on whatever pain you hold on to. Release the pain through the act of keeping a daily journal. The best form of therapy there is and you can do it in the moments that fill you with doubt.
The purpose of my existence has been to love and be loved. I never questioned any other way of being. I simply knew to love. It mattered not the situation or how I was treated my choice was to love. At times when fear crept into my world I wrote poetry or took to my journal to make sense of others in my life being unkind. When I became a mother thirty-eight years ago the meaning of my being here was confirmed. To nurture and nourish with unconditional love was the key that unlocked the despair from yesterday.
There was a part of me that understood the natural essence of life and how to provide with my body through natural childbirth and breast feeding a cord that would sustain us both. This wonder in my first son was a miracle with my husband that we would create a total of four times. The memories I have stored away that I treasure from the very moment I met these babies has sustained me to know my purpose. I believe that they set the stage for what I do today in more ways than one can imagine. As a single mom my children kept me sane. I realized early that I never owned them and that I was simply the means of their existence and foundation.
I deeply loved the responsibilities that came with this new title I proudly wore that I was chosen to be the mother of Tory, Tina, Nicholas and Jessica. Dinner time was family time where we gathered together to share our day and to laugh. You may wonder if there was conflict, rebellion and disagreement between these siblings and society. I fool you not and share that we existed as a family bonded by a mother that saw no wrong in her children. Boundaries were a key ingredient in their world as they grew up. Do not think that they did not call to my attention the judgmental and critical attitude of their teachers. Still, I stood firm in my belief in my children no matter what.
Children learn by love and support which they received abundantly. Who they have grown to be in essence as husband, father, wife and mother is critical to how they were raised. The two youngest ones who are not married yet still have time to choose how they will approach the world of being a spouse or parent.
What they have accomplished today is their freedom to live in a world where many have fallen victim to drugs. Is this the reality of a society that has fallen victim to substances, due to the fact of pain, choice or a prearranged contract? Why does one choose to be addicted and another not? Only God knows the answer to that.
In reality, I am a child of an alcoholic but I chose not to be one. Is there a lesson here that I simply learned that I grasped at a young age? Can it be that what I was witness to was part of the plan? As we are all children at one time raised by our parents very early on, I wonder who is the teacher and who is the student?
Today as I blog my baby has turned thirty years old. I am amazed at how time is the one thing we can not stop or change or return to in our reality of life. Time does not wait for anyone. Children will grow up with or without love I imagine. Although I do believe as a mom that my greatest and only reason for being is to love these children under all circumstances.
Who I am today on this path that I travel is because of them, my husband and my parents. Many have travelled along with me and some have stayed while others ventured away. Know that we are all here to light the way for another with love.
It has come to my attention that many do not believe as I do. I wonder if this is the inner workings of my soul that I have embraced to believe as I believe. My age is of no concern today because in the depths of my heart I always followed the desire to love and be loved. I imagined as a young girl that there was a vastness to life and learned early to be in love with the surroundings of Mother Nature on a daily basis. The warmth of the sun on my face, the freedom to walk around the block, to swim in the ocean, climb a tree or just look up at the stars and moon in the night. What do I believe that is so different from another stumps me.
I believe …
IAM a being of love and light. That I have a right, passion and purpose to be here. I trust that there is a process to life and that there is a Divine Intelligence that travels my path with me. I have the power to know that my thoughts words and action create my life. The emotions that flow from my heart fills me with compassion and love for others. As a mother and grandmother I know I must be of service to those in my family, my inner circle, as well as those outside my circle because we are all one. I have noticed that there is an inner wisdom that can be heard, seen and felt when I meditate daily. I know IAM an eternal being with a soul and that this body is just a vehicle for me to be like God and co-create my life with God! This wisdom that rests within is my right to discover and adhere to. I have lived many lifetimes and the lessons learned are part of my existence today. It is my right as a being with free will that I can travel through meditation, journey through the written word and learn as much as I desire to connect me with All That Is! I imagine that this is strange to others but comforting to me. I know that love is the key to life as well as forgiveness of myself and others. I embrace my life today as a life filled with wonder and amazing vibes of love because I believe that I live as a spiritual being in a place I call heaven on earth.
I cannot believe any other way and in doing that which inspires me to share with others I have studied simply to be able to empower those who desire love, light and healing in their lives.
Are your beliefs so different from mine? Take time to think what you believe is true for you.
The following is excerpted from Making Believers: Connect to the Light within…
We all need a daily moment to find our space
To support one silently waiting is God’s grace
An accomplished moment of emptiness in ones mind
Shall renew ones ability with the desire to be kind
As one begins to dwell in time that is ones own
One can fulfill their destiny if they believe in the unknown
A simple word in our vocabulary which confuses us, causes us pain and fills us with fear. We are a society that needs to know we are loved, as well as, that we love another. Where does the need to know we are loved come from but by those who have held us in their arms as a baby. Our parents are the first loves of our lives. Yet, they are filled with their own demons and can only love as they have been taught. As babies we come into this world filled with love and light only to learn how to protect ourselves by developing defense patterns to protect ourselves from those who love us. We forget who we are, our truth and develop a persona that protects our heart. We grow to become a person with a heart that is wounded, closed or simply frozen.
Many of us feel abandoned, abused, betrayed and unworthy. Somewhere along the path of baby, toddler, youth and becoming an adult we develop our own fears, guilt, shame and grief. We blame our Parents! Of course, it was them who did something wrong, something bad or just that they were not there for us. We become addicted to work, money, sex, food, alcohol, drugs, gambling, shopping: we become addicted to things outside of us to find and feel love.
Love waits within the self to be acknowledged because no one can love another until they love themselves. No one can feel the beauty of being loved until they love themselves. The hole will not become whole until one embraces and loves themselves. Forgiveness of the past is key to finding Love! I believe that each of our parents and if you are a parent as well has done and is doing the best they can. Many of us look for love outside of ourselves, actually outside of our marriages and relationships but trust me to abandon one to love another through the action of hurting someone will never be a true love. The hole within will never suddenly become whole if any type of pain is involved. True Love is the Love of Acceptance and feeling Responsible for another. You accept the person you are as well as the person you are with. In some manner or form you feel responsible for them. We complain about another only when we believe they are doing something that we don’t want them to do. We wake up one day and want them to be another way; nice, kind, respectful and more loving towards us. Ask yourself is that how you are towards them. All of us, get what we give whether it is through our thoughts, words or actions.
Now is the time to forgive, become an observer in life, open your heart by starting with loving yourself. Pay attention to your thoughts, words and actions. Believe what you believe about yourself and life not what you have been taught by anyone else. No one has the ability to judge or criticize you nor do you have the right to judge or criticize another. We simply do not know God’s Plan for anyone. Go within through the act of meditation, prayer and journaling. Stop taking everything personally. It is not about you. It is about another’s fear and pain being projected outwards. Look at it as a cry for help from them.
Let us all begin to simply Love one another as we are with no strings attached! Take time for you to know what your heart desires!
As I kiss 2013 goodbye, I now embrace the new year with love and wonder for all that will manifest! My heart is open and bursting with love for the new, my family, friends and all of mankind as I look within to discover all that I can be to help another! The truth of my discovery daily of the miracles I witness comes from the spiritual belief that I connect to through meditation, prayer and journaling. My passion, my purpose is this daily ritual. It comforts me with a deep sustenance to love the life IAM manifesting through my thoughts, words and actions. IAM blessed because I believe in the powers that be!
The journey in life is the path we take by the choices we create. Be adventurous and filled with wonder in the coming year. Open yourself to others by forgiving the past and all the drama. Be aware of what is your truth and what you believe. Love is all that is needed. Embrace Love!
In sharing all that I believe I hope to help another by the simplicity of my journey. To start anew we must think new thoughts, speak new words and act with love and kindness to all. Today I would like to share the following as a gift of words from my heart to yours.
Prayer to Request Miracles
Claim a healing miracle in your Life!
In the name of the Light of a God that never fails,
I accept a healing miracle in my life this day.
I claim a miracle in every level of my being.
I claim a miracle of Love for my full Resurrection.
Beloved Father/Mother God
Blaze forth your miracle Light now.
Infuse your miracle of Light on Earth now.
I call for an Ascended Master healing miracle
In my heart, in my chakras and in my DNA.
Blaze forth the miracle Light of the Seven Rays.
Blaze forth the miracle Light of the Holy Spirit
Everywhere in my being where healing is needed.
I declare that IAM a miracle of God this day.
IAM a miracle in action made manifest.
IAM a blazing miracle Light from the Great Central Sun
Resurrecting me back to my true identity in God.
Blaze the miracles of Light through.
Beloved IAM, Beloved IAM, Beloved IAM!
(repeat 3,6, or 9 times)

There are many voices within that we tend to listen to but the inner wisdom of love we possess will lead us to the voice of our truth. When we adhere to this truth a miracle is granted and we accept with love deep within to become protected by the vastness of the skies and the warmth of the earth. That is when we can choose to believe we are safe! One must seek out this inner wisdom and a way of life that fills the soul with passion and a life one can love living daily. Life is love because God is love and one must learn this to be able to learn of their destiny. There is no reason for pain, dis-ease and struggle or fear in life when one accepts that love clears the way.
Deceit, lies and belief in betrayal are toxic to all. We have become a society that allows adultery behavior to be normal, as well as any form of abuse. To believe as such means this person is being adulterous or an abuser. It is simply not nice to betray or abuse anyone. We all need to stop and respect one another and trust that something is missing in our lives when we believe its okay to do so. Know that another person will not be able to fix that which aches from inside you. Honesty, communication and truth mixed with the eyes of love are necessary in life. Find the love for yourself that rests within to release the pain and know there is more to life.
Many believe that they have a reason to betray or abuse another but what if you need to heal from your past, grieve prior loss and know who you are as a means of manifesting your truth. “The Work” that we all need to to do is to find our passion and that which feeds and nourishes our soul. Another cannot do this for you. Making a commitment of love is sacred and the act of forgiveness which needs to be created begins first with oneself. There are many sides to the story of each life, many people, different forms of abuse and secrets that need to be taken into consideration by all parties. Seeking another complicates relationships when its lust or a replacement for ones issues in life. Abuse of any kind is not acceptable. We all have issues we carry from our childhood! There comes a time in life when we need to make peace with them and move forward to heal by blessing and releasing the past.
No one has the authority to judge another. No one knows God’s plan. However, one can be educated by books, meditating, prayer, journaling and therapy. Even the simple act of walking outside around your neighborhood, going to a park or beach can release the fears of the mind. Breathe in fresh air and be healed, hug a tree to ground yourself, take a bath to release negative energy, or just be of service.
In my book, Making Believers: Connect to the Light within, I shared the following:
Prayer … “To Pray is to feel loved.”
Meditation … “Closing your eyes can help you to see”
Respect … “Treat others as you wish to be treated.”
Approval … “To love yourself is to love all.
Creativity … “To be happy you must fulfill your dreams.”
Faith … “Live and let live.”
Love … “Give only love or silence, not anger, in return.”
Laughter … “Joy and love bring laughter to your soul.”
Walk … “Be witness to the beauty of Nature.”
Kindness … “To inflict pain on another inflicts pain on you.”
I would like to add the following today;
Forgiveness … “To forgive heals you and sets you free.”
The Fears of Life Eventually Lead us to our Path, Passion and Purpose….
I believe with my entire self that anything is possible. I believe in love and kindness for all. I believe I have loved deeply and will always love deeply. It is the part of me that best describes who IAM! There was a time though that I feared life. Why? In retrospect I was lost and scared. I needed to believe first in who I AM. I created a pattern of letting my own self, my truth disappear and be taken from me. Strange words to write I imagine for others to read and yet it is the essence of life one needs to learn to see the beauty of which one can be in life. I have learned that we are all beautiful in our own way. We just glow brighter when we realize our own beauty comes from within. To let another rob us of who we are is a lesson to accomplish in returning to oneself, to simply remember our truth. This pattern we create to survive is our shield, mask or simply not who we believe we are allowed to be because of fear that has been gifted to us by our parents, spouses or society.
The path of life is to love the life you have chosen. To develop a trust that there is a process to all of life and that everything happens for a reason. Those who dare to believe otherwise refuse to learn about themselves. Clearly, I see the pain in life that we ourselves need to create due to the basic belief we choose when we choose fear. Once love replaces fear the pain will be no more. We all at one time need to grow our thoughts, words and actions with a belief that is positive by planting one seed at a time. A wholeness will then develop to set one apart. As we realize there is a part of us that is our spiritual self, we will then discover that these inner parts are deep and profound, as well as, perfect.
We create barriers in our own lives! Who or what is this barrier? It has to be an emotional state one gets into which is not contributing to who one really is. As the carrier of our own emotions we need to release the ideas, thoughts and feelings of yesterdays relationship with life that have become habits today. In doing so, a new beginning will unfold.
There is a definite oneness to life – a unity that connects us all yet we are individual with our own creativity to allow one to progress in life to complete self-harmony. We will then become balanced and have responsibilities through the service of this creativity to fulfill a life daily with this inner wisdom which is our self-harmony. Individually each one of us needs to attain this for ourselves. The barrier created of emotional attachment will be released then forever. The beauty of life is when we choose not to allow despair into our being and to stop the growth of it to become a strength that is unacceptable. We must grow beyond what we ourselves can imagine.
There comes a time when we desire to travel alone in life without the strength of another. Why? We need to find the strength we possess within! When one flies to the highest change one can experience the discovery of who they can be will be waiting to complete them. This release of emotional attachment to our past is the grandest of complete growth and our independence. We all have the right to travel this journey of knowledge that we crave about who we are and who we can be.
There will then be a positive sight to cling to and the path will be cleared of the debris of fear that had been gifted from one to another. The body, mind and soul creates and craves to release the negativity of life that surrounds everyone. This is the needed escape to cleanse the thoughts of yesterday once and for all. The routine of the vicious cycle of life one is accustomed to will then end quite quickly. We cannot stop the fears of yesterday by the thoughts of trying to reason or ask why. That is not up to us IAM told. Embrace the lessons learned and leave the rest.
It is a bit difficult to be able to stand up and believe in oneself. Yet, it is needed and the only way is to follow the inner ache of the heart for more. The truth of who anyone can be is this accomplishment. We are never taught to love ourselves first but to do for others especially as women. It is expected that women must sacrifice their lives for those they love. Men also have the burden of being strong, successful, responsible and insightful to the needs of the women they love. Whether we are woman or man fear is of the ego. Love erases the fears of yesterday and connects one to God. Anyone can get a chance to live a life that can fulfill their desired dreams at any age. A miracle of insight and knowledge, of all one can desire, dream and imagine starts by the simple act of loving oneself.
One may wonder how one begins to love oneself and reach as deep within as they can to find their path, passion, and purpose – their power. It is not easy to relive the past looking for answers to all the questions that start with why! Know that there is a road to travel that is waiting for you. Leave the past where it belongs in the past and become aware of your present thoughts, words and actions. The steps can be many; from diet, to exercise, affirmations, Reiki, acupuncture, massage, meditation, prayer, energy healing and the inner work of taking pen to paper is the greatest therapy I have ever experienced to release all that no longer serves me today. My greatest moments in life have been when I connected to Mother Nature’s beauty; a walk at the beach, a walk around the block, sitting under the moon, swimming in water, even hugging a tree to ground myself to her and fill myself up with her strength. We are one as we all spend time with her daily in any form that we travel. Mother Earth connects us and supports us in all that we choose to be.
It is a new week and I am thinking of something interesting to write about. In the world of alternative belief that I live in, I have learned to treasure the moments shared with others and all that I experience in life. There is a word I feel that many of us refuse to incorporate daily into our lives. It is ‘awareness!’
At times though, I wonder who am I? How did I get to be this person that believes so differently from others?Who was I in another life, for that matter just the life right before this one? What do I love most to do? What is my passion? Why am I here?
I learned very early on to love the written word in book form and in journaling my own beliefs. Truly my life has been to read. I spend hours everyday reading! I marvel at this time I am given to simply, read! “I am asked by those I live with, what did you do today? I always answer, I read!” I actually cannot wait to finish a book because I have a new one already waiting. Why is that so strange to others, I wonder? I believe it must be a passion of mine, right? The truth is that reading led me to serach for knowledge that I believe was my inner wisdom. My inner wisdom led me to today by awakening me to Reiki which I was told was what my grandmother did as well before I was born, Holistic Belief, and Energy Healing. I am also a self-published author of Making Believers: Connect to the Light within.
I have been told I was a teacher, a scholar, a sage, a monk, a great math teacher who wanted to play an instrument that my parents in that life forbade me to do and I waited until they died to do so. In one life, I was my husband in this life’s, mother. And in another life my mother of today did not let me marry my husband of today back then. These are just a few of my past lives as I have been told.
Of course, I do not only read as you must be thinking. I counsel others and have one-on-one sessions, I am a student with the Deborah King Center program for 21st Century Energy Medicine. I have a monthly Healing Circle of Love that meets in my home, in April I held my first Women’s Discovery Retreat through the Written Word over a weekend in Southampton. In a few months I will offer another Retreat. I meditate and pray daily and weekly I write this blog. I also babysit ( I have four grand babies) and four grown children of my own as well, that I support and encourage on their paths, along with a daughter-in-law and soon to be son-in-law! I am also married to my childhood, one and only boyfriend for the past 42 years. I have people in my life that I adore, love and enjoy. Great family, friends and clients!
While I sit and think as I am typing here in my library of what to blog? (Yes, I have a library of many great books in my home as well as hundreds of books in my bedroom loft.) What doesall of this mean exactly? I am clueless to those past lives but in my heart or I should write my soul I know all of this is connected. I am who I am today because of my past karma. I believe karma does not have to be something that is bad. It can just be that which we learned from in other lives or not and taken with us into this life experience.
I wonder if at times that feeling that one gets as a remembrance is that exact flashback to a time and place from another life that one has learned something that had meaning and was now manifesting in this life?
Can karma be a past imprint like a recording of something that we recognize from a past life?
Can karma simply be an action which is my responsibility today?
Am I responsible for things that happened before I was born?
Does karma mean that I am to see that my life is my doing 100%?
Is it true that there is no such thing as accidents?
Can I be here to enjoy life and all that my life experience offers as much as possible?
Is the saying, “it is as it is” true?
Are those in my life today my soul sisters and soul brothers from a past life experience?
I have read about cognition which is our inner knowledge/perception which has a past recording, an imprint which is our recognition; our karma. That joy is my making, experience of life, my karma. When I recognize life, this past karma equals my sensation in life. How I handle karma is my reaction. Reaction is in my hands! Life is in my hands!
Is it possible that if we do not like or dislike anything in life and simply experience life as it is our karma will collapse?
Can it be that we are here to enjoy and experience life as much as possible?
Hopefully life is definitely alternative and what we think we know is bigger than even that. Maybe we really do not know anything and we are re-living over and over again a past karma.
This word has been going around my mind all week. How is it that relationships are the hardest for so many? I meditated on this and I believe that the first relationship we need to manifest is the one with ourselves. I have asked myself the following and in doing so, I learned that I am capable of saying “YES!” The clue here is to say, “YES” to life.
Questions I asked myself are …
Do you like who you are? Do you know who you are? Can you sit and just be? Is silence easy for you? Are you joyful? Are you happy? Do you know your passion and purpose? Are you living your best life?
I believe that once I found that I loved myself my perspective in life totally changed. I suddenly felt connected to a wider essence, something bigger than me. There was an inner intelligence I discovered that was calling to me. When this calling began I was in despair, filled with doubt and empty of my own belief system. I seemed to be brain washed by the society I grew up in and lived in. Today, I have learned from many teachers, mentors, and by going to workshops and reading lots of books that there is an alternative belief in life that I named believable. I actually named my counseling business Believable Alternatives in 2004. At that time I was clueless as to the meaning but today I know that there is so much out there to learn about by the simple act of meditating, sitting in silence and being aware of the beauty in every day.
The greatest of lessons for me is that I know that I cannot change another but I can change myself and in doing so, others will change around me. Acceptance of everyone as they are by seeing the light within them allows for unconditional love for everybody. No one is more special than another. We are all children of God and we have come here to live life with all its ups and downs. Its about our reaction to life and our emotions that we need to process and release.
I discovered that when I choose to not take anything personal I am at my best. I am positive in thought, word and action. Growing up in a society that broadcasts how a woman is to be a wife and mother, and in today’s world work outside the home as well, how we should look, what we should wear, what is good to eat and bad to eat, as well as, how we need to be heard because we know what is best for another. Ha-Ha! No one knows what God’s plan is for another and no one knows the depth of another’s fears and pain. We all have our triggers that were handed down to us as if our parents were giving us a unique gift. I say, throw that gift away now.
When you get to that place in your life that you know that you do not know anything you are free. All your relationships will be blessed with love. It all comes down to all we choose to be. Going to bed happy with a smile on your lips and trust me you will wake up happy. There is never nothing to worry about when you let go and let God! To travel this life living life and enjoying life by never taking anything personal because you are love, you are kind and you are joyful is the greatest of achievements to manifest. We all are given free will to choose how we want to live our lives. Go for it and see for yourself.
As we approach the day to honor our fathers. I must say that I loved my dad unconditionally from the moment I met him. He was the wisest of men for me. I miss him since he left in 1998 but I know I was a loving daughter to him and my husband was also amazing son-in-law. We talk of him even today as someone who was wise, interesting, loved mother nature and life. A positive being in the world. Yet, he was alcoholic, manic-depressant and attempted suicide at 40 years old but to me he was the best. He was unable to throw away the gift of abandonment that his mother bestowed on him and searched to be loved his entire life. I was told once by a psychic that I was the exclamation point in his life! How cool is that? He knew I loved him as he was, no questions asked. What a ride it has been.
It has come to my attention that we need to embrace the inner child, hold her/him gently in our arms and hug her/him close. Fears of a child haunt most of us daily and we become fearful and filled with guilt and shame that we did something wrong. Why would someone we love and trust treat us abusively in any way or form? It has to be something we did to be treated badly a child believes. We grow up not able to like who we are because we believe we are not worthy of being loved. We struggle with the words in our mind that were screamed at us yesterday. We feel fearful that another will attack us. We are ashamed of who we are because we know we are not worthy of being loved or happy because of how someone has touched us inappropriately.
My advice to you today, as an adult is to look at yourself in the mirror and say “I LOVEYOU!” Look deeply within to your inner child and even if you cry let her know she is not alone and you are here for her. If you can love you as you are and forgive yesterday’s pain you will be one step closer to healing. Forgiveness of self is first and with that comes love of self.
I imagine how scared a small child of any age must feel if they believe they are unloved. Parents, Aunts, Uncles, Grandparents, and Teachers have this ability to take a child’s innocence away from them by their words and actions. But no matter what you were told or what was done to you … You have done nothing wrong! Abuse leaves its scars on your soul and fills your head with fear and pain. In dong so, we grow up fearful, unforgiving and filled with anxiety.
I believe personally that my mom was terrified of my dad when he was drunk or even sober because she never knew when the attack would begin at her. She knew he would never attack me and at nine years old she would wake me up to take care of him while she hid with my brother. She would cook him eggs and somehow the frying pan, dishes and glasses would be thrown against the kitchen wall and she would run. She was clueless to how I felt or even if I was afraid. In its way her behavior made me stronger, this little girl knowing she could help her daddy and her mom could not. Today I can imagine that little girl at times depressed, filled with fear but knowing in my heart my dad loved me. However, I have struggled most of my life with knowing if my mom loved me. Just as she was afraid of my dad she was afraid of me, I believe.
Praying, my belief in God and the Angels, Journaling and meditating among my other rituals has offered me a safe haven for the little girl within to travel to. I have healed simply by the fact that I have looked into my eyes and I have seen the fingertips of my inner child holding on for her life about 25 years ago. I gathered her in my arms and gently I have told her how very special she is and that as a child of God’s she is unique and worthy of her life. This may seem unbelievable to many but all that inner child needs to know is that she is not alone, she is loved and she can be anything she wants to be no matter what another has done to her. In forgiveness of self we forgive another only because the past cannot be changed. I personally look back on my life growing up and savor the good times, the memories of going to Coney Island, a park, and walking around New York City with my dad. The difficult painful yesterday can no longer touch me because I have learned from the pain and fear. I have learned I am worthy of being a woman who is capable of being loved. I am happy, I am blessed. I am grateful for my mom today because I accept her with her fears and know they are hers and not mine.
It is difficult to live with our past at times but when we delve into knowing who we are today and release that which no longer serves us we can find love and joy daily by taking pen to paper and writing how we feel today and how we felt yesterday. No one can love you as much as you can love yourself. So go for it!
I am amazed daily when I hear of others needing to go on a Retreat to find themselves, to learn what their purpose in life is. I hear stories where everyone blames their parents. I see their pain in their eyes because they fear they are not worthy. Many of us have had abusive, alcoholic and detached fearful parents that have projected their fear unto us because they knew of no other way to be. Generational is the word as life is handed down by our parents from their parents and so forth. It takes three generations to break the pattern of depression, I have read. My story is no different or less painful and trust me I was a fearful child and woman until …
I went within to discover my inner child and love her as she is. I have promised her that I WILL protect her and love her forever. I apologized that I was overwhelmed by the circumstances of my childhood but now I know better.
Today at this very second in time, I believe my life is a RETREAT! I suddenly came to this realization one day when I sat at my kitchen table where I have been sitting for almost 26 years every morning to journal. I simply and honestly love the written word and the insight I receive from the books I read and from the words I journal. Of course, living on the water is an added bonus. I am blessed and grateful for all that this life experience has shared with me but to be able to know that ritual in my life is essential. My daily ritual is to first meditate, pray, journal and then go outside and thank Mother Nature for another day to be of service. I ask who can I say ‘yes’ to, today? I light candles, burn incense and read a spiritual book. I actually time my reading because I am capable of getting lost in a book. The other day I realized once again an ‘aha’ moment that God has given me the time to “play” with HIM! I cannot say which one of these rituals saved me from a life of despair and fear but the one that I have done my whole life is taking pen to paper. My journal was my friend and confidant – a form of therapy from the moment I learned to write. Stories, poems, letters have been a writing passion of mine.
I have learned through that which has guided me, which I imagine is my Spirit, to somehow renew myself. I am not the girl I was yesterday because I have embraced my past, my inner child and I have hugged her close to my heart through these rituals I needed to create to become who I am today. I did not question, I did not doubt everything but I moved forward looking for nothing more than inner peace. In doing so, I took the lessons I have come here to learn and I have said “YES, I am Woman! I have purpose! I am powerful! I am allowed to be ME!”
I travelled a path filled with this desire to know why others were not kind, respectful, loving or even just honest. I wanted to learn why people do the things they do to harm themselves and those they love? Why do parents not know how powerful they are and that they wound their children from an early age to become depressed which develops into being addicted, violent, angry and abusive?
As I sit at my laptop amazed at all that I have learned and that God has given me the ability to share with others that we are all His Children, we are not alone ever, and that only we can do the work through many different avenues to release that which no longer serves us.
For the past ten years I discovered a woman within that I never would have believed was there. I have been able to renew myself completely. Today, I proudly acknowledge I am the author of the book Making Believers: Connect to the Light within. I offer One-on-One Sessions for those who God sends to me to share information with. I am a student of Deborah King’s 21st Century Energy Medicine program. My passion is to learn, to know, to discover knowledge that I can share because it is the foundation of my being – it is what helps me to renew myself daily. Like an onion I am still peeling the layers away. I started a Monthly Healing Circle of Love this year and I had my version of a Women’s Discovery Retreat through the Written Word in April.
I believe that anything is possible and that much can be learned from the women of yesterday who have taken the time to retreat through ritual to renew themselves as they believe who they are today when they embrace the good in their life and hug their inner child so that she finally feels worthy and safe.
I imagine we are born with a deep understanding of life that sits silent until we are ready to connect the dots. In the past, I never would have imagined that I would grow up to be this woman who I am today. I believe there is this deep mystery to life and when we begin to question our own actions, how we speak and even the thoughts we think the door cracks open. Not completely open but a little bit every day! Before this opening begins we struggle through life trying to figure everything out because we have this need to know, this desire to control and this instinct that we know what is best for everyone.
I believe that the greatest of lessons to learn of course is the ability to love unconditionally. Then to not take anything personally, and to savor moments by staying present! As a mother in the past raising four children I believed I was setting an example and that I was being watched at all times by them. I knew to be present and today I am grateful that I have the memories in my mind forever of being an at home mom who stopped whatever I was doing to listen to my children. I supported their dreams, their achievements, listened to their fears and learned to respect them and to love who they love.
My youngest daughter, has decided to live far from her family and travels around the world as well as being a Recreational Therapist for those with disabilities. I look at her in awe as I am clueless as to God’s plan for her and I feel blessed that I know she does not belong to me and has her own inner wisdom that has cracked the door open early for her.
I am thankful that this inner wisdom has unfolded to show me that I have the ability to wake up in the morning daily to meditate, pray and journal as I thank God for another day to try to be like Him.
Is this wisdom because of my age? Or, is this the crack in the doorway opening wider?
I had a conversation recently with my husband about someone being middle-age … we had to smile because we are past the middle-age mark and yet I know in my heart I feel so young. I have a deep connection to that girl from yesterday and I marvel at how clueless she was about me and where I would be today.
There comes a single moment in time when the whispers of the soul starts to scream. One can no longer handle the fear, guilt and shame because grief fills the heart for that which is no longer and can never be. There are these days in life where we fear the past, as well as the future. Our hearts begin to ache for what, we wonder? Something is missing; a hug, a tender word, or maybe just to sit in silence. What is this despair that fills the heart daily? It is at that moment that the dawn of change is created and transformation begins. Many of us look outside ourselves for the answers but the truth of who we are rests within. The truth of life is that everyone must love who they are as they are and then the heart will fill with this joy and love for all will be manifested.
To grow forward in life one must ignite the fire, burn the past, walk through the flames and start to breathe fresh air again. The act of fire releases the past symbolically when performed with intention, love and an open heart!
Many of us carry proudly the unkind words we have heard over and over again in our heads, different forms of abuse, along with this inner sorrow of fear, guilt and shame that is not our own but that which is given to us by those we love and trust. Through radio, television, newspapers, and movies our society has been given fear on a daily basis.
I believe in ritual, candles, incense and cleansing ourselves, and our homes by creating sacred space with intention, prayer and meditation. These simple acts that are ignited with flame can allow a journey of transformation to begin. Start your day with meditation, light incense as a ritual of cleansing yesterday! Today is a new day, begin again.
Find time to write to those who have hurt you and thank them for the strength they endowed you with to get to this stage in your life, then burn the past once and for all with a small ritual and begin again as the unique, beautiful, gifted spiritual person you are. Many of us fear the act of sitting with a journal and pouring our hearts out, I say pour your heart out and then release it all by the act of burning it. Another ritual is to walk outside surrounded by Mother Nature and see the beauty, hear the birds, wind and trees speak to you of the magic of life, or just step outside and thank Mother Earth for this new glorious day, to begin again!
Releasing that which no longer serves you today is the key to unlock the door of tomorrow with an open heart filled with love. Today is a new day, begin again!
There is a very thin line I am experiencing between the demons of the first three chakras; fear, guilt and shame when it comes to being held accountable in life to the passions of the soul. I ask are these mine to claim or are they projected upon me? We live in a society where fear, guilt and shame are expected as a part of our life experience. I reject this belief! I AM fearless! I AM guiltless! I AM shameless! There can be no other avenue in my mind at this time.
Whether one is man or women it matters not what is taught or gifted to us by our parents, friends, family, or society. If any of it fills us with fear, guilt or shame we must ask ourselves is it truly ours or is this a projection of how we have been raised or taught to accept as our life experience.
The soul knows best of the passions that will nourish each of us daily. Whether it be our foundation and connection to Mother Nature, the need to create through any form of art that fills us with joy as we move with the flow of life forward and to stand in our own power to know who we are and walk the path we have been guided on is the essence within that is sacred to all individually.
Acceptance of our journey allows a belief that we accept and respect another’s journey by offering unconditional love. It seems such a simple belief to say and know in your heart, ” I love you just as you are!” However, few can truly know this feeling within themselves if they never reject their own fear, guilt and shame. I ask of all to look within and find the love for oneself as you are first so that you can begin to love another truly. Let’s project the feeling of LOVE onto one another!
Just let it go … Meditate … Journal … Pray … Walk … Affirm
