THE TOOLS OF MAGIC

img_3481

The power of magic in our lives is based on our beliefs. Do you believe in magic? Does life seem magical at times? Can magic fill you with glee at the memory of your childhood? Is that innocence no longer part of your day?

We are born filled with all possibility to create a magical existence. However, we become trapped into the world of adults and their beliefs governed by society. A society that drills into us that more is the answer to life. We become overwhelmed by the beliefs of others on how to look, dress and what job we must accept. Cars that we drive even have a status in today’s world. How much money we need to exist and what foods we must eat. WHY?

“Find that magical place in life and live there…”

Why have we allowed our lives to be based on what others believe and think? Can we not return to the childhood innocence of a belief that anything is possible even magic! Is it not time today to stop and become aware of what stirs our soul and heart. What are we passionate about in life today that thrilled us as a child? Why can’t we release from our minds the echo of our parents and societies beliefs, and that which no longer serves us today as adults?

img_3482

Through the practice of meditation and the act of going within to hear the silence from the depths of our soul magic is created. It is the magic we crave today that will inspire us to live our lives based on the truth of our own beliefs.

Many of us have had difficult childhoods but trust me if you sit in silence the memories of magical times from your inner child will surface eventually to comfort you as an adult today. Embrace your inner child to feel safe and loved by you today. What did you dream for yourself as a child?

We are all here to love and be loved, to forgive and be of service. When death comes to the physical body all that will live eternally is the love you shared and the light you offered towards another by being of service.

“Life is a sequence of moments and when those moments sequence right. It’s magical…”

The daily practice of prayer after meditation is the gift we give to ourselves as well as those we pray for.  Reading spiritual books for 15 minutes a day enlightens our spiritual practice to create magic to unfold through our connection to Spirit. We will then believe in ourselves by the process of loving all that we have survived because our lives have passion and purpose. We begin to float through the day, loving our journey as it unfolds magically all around us.

It is the beliefs of our truth that we must cling to now – today – not tomorrow. It is time to change our ways and be the spiritual beings we were born to be. Stand up for yourself and be the magical spiritual being that you were created for. As our journey of magic unfolds it is that time that will nourish you to be the best person you can be. Why not strive for the magic?

“All I know is that when I pray, coincidences happen; and when I don’t pray. they don’t happen…” -Dan Hayes

Life is yours to claim and create that which stirs your soul to awakening to your truth. It is your passion that you silently held close to your heart as a child that needs to be fueled today no matter what another told you in the past. We as spiritual beings are extremely powerful by the simple way we use our thoughts, words and actions daily. We are all magical.

img_3486

Life is a path we travel that creates the journey to fulfill our humanity by being brave enough to walk how we choose to. Release any old beliefs that you are not worthy enough, smart enough, good enough or even pretty or handsome enough. YOU are perfect just as you are. YOU are at the right place where you are meant to be today. There are no mistakes. Now let the magic in. Live your life not how someone drills into they believe you should live. There is no ‘should’ in magic.

“Logic will get you from A-Z! Imagination will get you everywhere…” -Albert Einstein

The last tool after meditating, praying and reading spiritual books is to journal your feelings on whatever pain you hold on to. Release the pain through the act of keeping a daily journal. The best form of therapy there is and you can do it in the moments that fill you with doubt.

Life is Constantly Changing

“The magic of water has been in my life for years now as I wake up every day to  behold the beautiful sight of Mother Nature…”-Linda Amato

image11.jpg
My Backyard View

As I sit here in my library and fill with a heart full of gratitude for the days that are moving me forward. I am blessed. My life is wondrous. I am connected to Spirit. This belief of mine although alternative and difficult for many to comprehend has been rooted out of the depth of my soul from many lifetimes, I believe. I can remember the day even at this moment when I wondered if there was ‘more?’ I felt there had to be more to this experience we all call life. It was then that I begged for guidance in 2003 which led me to today.

“If you can’t be in awe of Mother Nature, there’s something wrong with you.” -Alex Trebek

It seems I was never truly aware but I did know I was not alone so I just moved one step in front of the other being a good girl. Quiet and silent was my belief, after all “Silence is golden!” As a child I was stronger then my brother and mother. I could handle more at a young age. There was an essence within that told me to be kind, loving and helpful. Never ever was I to be confrontational. Why? I wonder today why I could not have the power of speech until I was fifty. My answer this day is because it served me well to be silent and allowed me to be awakened to my truth. I know this because I believe there is a reason for everything.

“The most important this is to enjoy your life – to be happy – it’s all that matters.” -Audrey Hepburn

IMG_0749Raised in a time of change I never chose to be a rebel or  hippie yet, I felt I was never in the box. I obeyed my parents, elders and everyone. I questioned if they were right in my head but I never questioned them. There was always that inner essence that guided me daily. Human behavior is something I delight in and since I began studying with Deborah King in 2012 I have learned the many reasons we as humans do what we do.

At my age today: as a daughter, wife, mother, and grandmother I realize today the importance of women in my life. I have collected a tribe of my own that I have fallen in love with and I believe it is my way of being of service to them by sharing all that I can that is of alternative belief.  To begin with there is no right and no wrong way of living YOUR life experience. How can there be such a belief. We are here because we choose to be here on this planet at this time. We are a combination of soul and human. Our soul part is love and our human part is ego. That is where the battle within begins.

“We do not remember days, we remember moments.” -Cesare Pavese

We choose which one we are going to nourish daily by our thoughts, words and actions. What do you believe today that is different from what you believed yesterday? Change is constant because there is no way we can stay exactly the same in our thoughts, words and actions unless we fuel a life dedicated to negativity, unhappiness, regret and anger as our path because of something that happened a long time ago to us. As beings of love and light it is very difficult to choose the path of the ego/human belief daily. It is frustrating to realize that being angry or unhappy is not our nature. Especially since love seeps in when we bask in the beauty of Mother Nature, see or hold a baby, a sunset, smell a rose, fall in love, make love, celebrate a wedding, or birthday or just receive a compliment.

My question to you then is why not choose to nurture your soul/love part more often. When we choose to love we choose to transition and grow higher on the path of our journey. To choose love we must forgive ourselves and anything that happened by another to us in our past. We all have a choice to live as we choose to live so go for it! Just let go of anything that no longer serves you today.

“It is as grandmothers that our mothers come into the fullness of their grace. – Christopher Morley

I have chosen love and I believe that I have been able to nourish and nurture my soul daily. Is it easy, you ask? I can honestly say it is getting easier! The wonder of my life is the children that I share my life with from the ages of 8, 6, 4, 3, 2, and 1 month. It is magical to hold a baby in your arms and know she is heaven sent as an angel to share her love and light in the world. To talk to a child and listen, really listen to what scares him or what fills him with joy. To wrap your arms around a sleeping child and carry him into his home to rest all toasty and really heavy. To bathe a child and laugh as he laughs at the wonderment of water that fills him with delight. To watch the ballerina from within surface in her as she spins around or sings a song. Then there is the child that fills your heart to bursting for the simplicity of his outlook on life. Yes, I am truly blessed.

image

I remember my children growing up and I always took time to listen to their stories and imagine today if you can, because they still reach out to me to tell me their stories. As a mother I learned the greatest of lessons from my mom to love unconditionally all, especially the children. As I sit here and type I wonder what will be because my grand babies are coming over to go in the pool and I am ready to play and swim with them because they are pure beings of love and light still and I know it. Yet, I also notice the changes that are screaming to be let free by them to be able to just be. Many children today are new souls and are clueless as to how to live in our world They need us as old souls to teach them. What better way to teach them then to love them unconditionally, hear them and explain life to them.

“A house needs a grandma in it.” -Louise May Alcott

I’m amazed at the love that fills my heart for these grand babies that are being raised by my children. I reflect back on my days of being their mom and truly can write I don’t know how I did it, except for the one fact that I loved every moment. I enjoyed being a mom and all it entailed! I live in a very large home that most days now is quiet. There is no more laughter, crying, yelling or playing. Yet in my minds eyes I can almost see them all at the dinner table. Having dinner when they were older was my favorite time as we sat for hours discussing their day. Today I believe I raised four amazing children because I simply took the time to really hear what they had to say. Now the voices of six grand babies fills my home when they visit and sadly, I know the silence will return when they leave. The beauty of my life is that I enjoy everyday just looking outside my kitchen to the love of Mother Nature that has comforted me all these years.

IMG_3635

My days are filled with a thought that there is a reason for everything. Growing up as a child of an alcoholic father and a detached fearful mother,  I have simply did as I have been told for most of my life. Silence was a means of my survival. Today I have discovered a connection to the Spirit world that embraces my silence as a grown woman. I do wonder how I survived in a world that filled me with delight at a young age, as well as, fear.

Why else would I escape into the books of my youth but to dream. How did I never quarrel with my parents or brother, only because I knew there was no need to. There seems to be so much chaos in life today that I am happy I grew up when I did. Alcohol and Fear made me who I am today. I embrace my life that I have lived with lessons learned and peace in my heart. My path has taken me on one amazing journey that I could never have imagined myself. But here I am living a life that is filled with believable alternatives that come from the universe and fills me with belief in a world that I know is truly great. I am safe and all is well.

I have learned of perception recently and how others perceive even me. I find it intriguing and interesting. There are so many emotions I can claim as my own from anger to disgust but why would I today. I have a question that I pull up from the depths of my soul in situations. Simply, “what would God do?” A small but powerful question that places me in the right frame of mind. God would do nothing but love is the answer. I pray to Him to help me to love as He does. To guide me on this journey that is left, free of the ego/personality that no longer serves me.

I would like to add that my love of the written word led me to be an avid reader but the most benefit I ever received was in writing the written word through the act of taking pen to paper for my entire life. Whether it was a journal, story or poetry I wrote. Even this  blog releases the doubts in my mind that struggle to fill me with fear or worry but which I have no use for in my world today. I came across some poetry from my past and would like to share the following poem that I wrote in the year 1993. I believe it is appropriate at this time in my life once again.

The Change

The pattern of life has been set before our time was ever a question

Can we somehow believe to make a difference with a suggestion

Adults we become, the change we will make.

In the end, all we will feel, is the pain of heartache.

Around and around, year after year, we create an existence.

Only to always believe the world as we know it, needs some assistance.

Kindness and love, can be a special part of this family.

Unfortunately, there is no time to listen to the cries we hear steadily.

There is always tomorrow, but it simply will leave.

Then its too late, the change has not come, so we begin to grieve…

imageA Spiritual Path into the Journey of Prayer

The definition of the word ‘prayer’ in the Random House College Dictionary states.

Prayer, a devout petition to, or any form of spiritual communion with, God or an object of worship. The act or practice of praying. A formula or sequence of words used in or appointed for praying: the Lord’s Prayer.

I believe our thoughts and words are a form of prayer. We are filled with thoughts that are negative or unhealthy in our mind every day through many different avenues. To become conscious of these thoughts and change them is a form of prayer. Everyone has known some form of prayers from their childhood but may not continue to pray them. Raised as a Catholic, I still pray the Lord’s Prayer, Hail Mary and Glory Be to the Father. However, over the years I have incorporated new prayers that I have picked up on my spiritual journey. I would like to share them with you as well as affirmations that I consider as a form of prayer. When we open our mind, heart and soul to the journey of prayer all our words count. When we pray for guidance we know we are never alone and when we ask for help we receive help. A daily spiritual path into the journey of prayer daily will change your life!

-A Course in Miracles … Father, I come to you today to seek the peace that you alone can give. I come in silence in the quiet of my heart, the deep recesses of my mind, I wait and listen for your voice, my father, speak to me today. I come to hear your voice in silence and in certainty and love sure you will hear my call and answer me.

-Science of Mind … I was told to live by some inner mystic presence. I was told to live and to love, to laugh and to be glad. I was told to be still and know of the one almighty power, in and through all. I was told to let that power work through and in me. I believed that voice and I received my good.

-Daily a.m. practice (Caroline Myss) … I am committed to feeling a bond with each person I meet, to respecting  my own integrity and honor, to living within the energy of love and compassion and returning to that energy when I don’t feel it, to making wise and blessed choices with my will, to maintaining perceptions of wisdom and non-judgment, to release the need to know why things happen as they do, and not to project expectations over how I want this day to be and how I want others to be. Finally, my last prayer, to trust the divine. And with that I bless my day with gratitude.

-Entering the Castle (Caroline Myss) … I open myself to divine guidance I surrender myself to become as a channel for grace,  healing and service as God directs my life.

-Paramahansa Yogananda … Dear Father, whatever conditions confront me, I know that they represent the next step in my unfoldment. I will welcome all tests because I know that within me is the intelligence to understand and the power to overcome.

-Marianne Williamson … Please Bless my Parents, God. Thank you, thank them for the life they gave to me. For the ways they stumbled and held me back, please help me to forgive them and receive your compensation. May their spirits be blessed, their roads forward made easy. Please release them and release me from my childhood now gone by. Release us also from any bitterness I may still hold. They paved the way, in all that they did, for where I have been has led me here. I surrender my parents to the arms of God. Thank you, dear ones, for your service to me bless your souls. May your spirits fly free. May we enter into the relationship God wills for us. Thank you, Lord, for I am now free. Amen!

-A Comforting Prayer (Sylvia Browne)… May God, our Mother and Father, and the Christ-consciousness always be with us. On this journey, let us keep the White Light of the Holy Spirit around us aways, and even though we have written our chart, may we know that there are miracles. Amen.

-Archangels (Doreen Virtue)… Dear Archangel Michael, thank you for watching over us, our home and our vehicles. Thank you for giving me the courage and confidence to move forward with my divine life purpose.                                                                                       Archangel Michael, what changes would you like to see me make in my life right now? Please clearly guide me upon the path of my life purpose.                                                         Dear Archangel Michael, please send me a clear sign that I will easily notice and understand, letting me know you are  here and helping me gain guidance and peace.

-Prayer for Peace (St. Francis of Assisi)… Lord, make me an instrument of your peace. Where there is hatred, let me sow love. Where there is injury, pardon. Where there is doubt, faith. Where there is despair, hope. Where there is darkness, light. Where there is sadness, joy. Divine Master, grant that I may not so much seek to be consoled, as to console. To be understood, as to understand. To be loved, as to love. For it is in giving that we receive. It is in pardoning that we are pardoned. And it is in dying that we are born to eternal life.

-My collection of affirmations ..

  • Daily I will seek happiness more and more within my mind and less and less through material pleasure.
  • I demand my divine birthright intuitively realizing that all wisdom and power already exists in my soul.
  • God is just behind my reason, today and everyday and is guiding me to do the right thing always.
  • Perfect peace and poise are mine today, as I concentrate all my power and ability upon expressing the divine will.
  • I know that God’s power is limitless; and as I am made in His image, I, too, have the strength to overcome all obstacles.
  • I possess the creative power of Spirit.
  • The Infinite Intelligence will guide and solve every problem.

  • I am always rich, for I have access to the Cosmic Storehouse.
  • I will go forth in perfect faith, in the power of omnipresent good to bring me what I need at the time I need it.

  • I hear love
  • I love my life and everyone I share it with daily.
  • I AM as God created me.
  • I AM love and light.
  • I trust the process of life to bring only good to me.
  • I AM healthy and whole, body, mind and soul.
  • God is Love.
  • Love is God.

LA BELIEVES IN LOVE

IMG_0048

As I travel forward on my journey in this second month of the new year I have taken time to heal. Suddenly on December 22, 2015 I had severe pain in my solar plexus. Finally being admitted to the hospital I had to have an operation to remove my gallbladder. I was released on Christmas Eve to be home for the holidays. I have never had any type of surgery in my 64 years of living. Here I was needing pain meds and anesthesia. The four times I was admitted into a hospital was to bring my beautiful babies to life naturally. When I write I am never sick please believe me that this is a truth I hold proudly to. I don’t even have a doctor! I believe the universe stepped in and threw me a fork in the road.

For one month I took the time to continue meditating, praying, writing in my journal, saying affirmations and coloring. Interestingly enough I decided to take the time to color mandalas one each for the seven chakras in their perspective colors. This action was meditative and thoughtful as I tried to release that which no longer served me.

My belief has always been that there is a reason for everything that we manifest in our lives. Our thoughts, words and action are truly powerful. Our solar plexus is Charka 3 in the body and the color is yellow. The demon of this chakra is shame. This is our body’s power chakra, our will, purpose and action. Our self-worth, self-esteem and personal power. The medical issues for this chakra are:

  • problems with the pancreas, including diabetes and hypoglycemia
  • digestive difficulties, such as gastric or duodenal ulcers
  • liver problems, including cirrhosis, hepatitis and liver cancer
  • hiatal hernia
  • Gallstones
  • Hemorrhoids
  • Varicose veins
  • problems with the spleen

Looking at this list I do have varicose veins since a very young age and I learned that I had gallstones which jumped out of the gallbladder and filled me with severe pain. In shock and questioning the doctor, I learned that I had these gallstones for about 30 years and that it was inherited if my mom had her gallbladder out, which she did. Also that becoming a mother had something to do with it. A lightbulb went off in my head when he mentioned 30 years.

For the past 15 years I have been a vegetarian and for two of those years I was a vegan. I changed my life by empowering myself with affirmations, meditation, and prayer. At fifty years of age I went to school and started a business. I counsel one-on-one clients as well as holding workshops and weekend long retreats for women. I self-published a book and write this blog. I am extremely positive in my beliefs and very alternative across the board daily. I also continue my studies when it comes to the chakras, spirituality, and learning from Deborah King.

As I sit and type this as my view on this episode, I understand better today the power of the universe. The past had to be released finally from my body. The projections of others growing up as well as my present life situations. To love unconditionally cannot be taught but it can be seen, I believe. My eyes were opened to my review of my journey and the words I had drilled into my head at a young age. I had no signs that I could put my finger on but there were many moments of despair through the years. At first I felt that I lost something or that I failed at my life because of this imbalance in my third energy center. As crazy as this is to read I feel free, open and as if something was removed from me that no longer served me.

Deborah King writes in her book Truth Heals the following:

An unbalanced third energy center may be expressed in either outward push mode (the aggressor) or inward collapse mode (the victim). Co-dependent relationships are fertile breeding grounds for this push/collapse dynamic. One person pays the role of “can-do” while the other acts out the “can’t-do” – both are dis-empowered. Those with collapsed third energy centers often feel doubtful, indecisive and lacking in self-confidence.

To support an increase in energy, vitality and connection to self, I often recommend that people spend a portion of their day in the sun, preferably in the early  morning or just before sunset. Engaging in any physical movement awakens and recharges your body, especially first thing in the morning. Try some form of intentional movement like t’ai chi, yoga or pilates, preferably outside. Gardening is another wonderful antidote to a frantic, fast-paced routine. Anything that allows you to slow down and become acquainted with who you are and what you really feel is key.

My path is clearer today than yesterday. There comes a time in one’s life where we must decide to get to know our truth and what is our passion and purpose. As a child I always wanted to be a teacher and writer. Today I feel that I live my passion and purpose in all that I do. With my husband, four amazing children, five grand babies, friends/family and wonderful clients and soul sisters in the Deborah King’s Soul family I am loving this ride.

LA BELIEVES IN LOVE…

IMG_0252

Life opened an adventure for me in 2004 when I traveled to New York City to become a Certified Holistic Health Counselor at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. Exciting and very fulfilling I learned how to counsel others offering one-on-one sessions, how to incorporate a sharing library, open a business and help others find their truth. I incorporated Reiki into my sessions at this time in 2005 when I opened Believable Alternatives. I quenched my thirst for inner wisdom and belief in a spiritual journey from that day as I jumped on this ride of a lifetime.

Yearly I studied a topic that my soul led me to. Beginning in 2005 with Science of Mind which was established in 1927 by Ernest Holmes and is a spiritual, philosophical and metaphysical religious movement within the New Thought movement.

In his book, The Science of Mind, Ernest Holmes stated “Religious Science is a correlation of laws of science, opinions of philosophy and revelations of religion applied to human needs and the aspirations of man.” In his book you will find referenced the teachings of Jesus Christ, the Bible and Buddha. Science of Mind teaches that people can achieve more fulfilling lives through the practice called Spiritual Mind Treatment or Affirmative Prayer. Spiritual Mind Treatment is a step-by-step process, in which one states the desired outcome as if it is has already happened.

I found Kabbalah in 2006 and studied with a teacher as well that I spoke to every two weeks and traveled to a weekend event in Florida. Impressively outstanding I devoured these teachings for one year by scanning the Zohar daily. There are many books to read, but here are two that nourished my soul.

The Esential Zohar  by Kabbalist Rav Berg, provides a practical understanding and interpretation of the Zohar, the kabbalistic text considered by many to be the true Holy Grail. It examines its central teachings on evil, redemption, human relationships, wealth and poverty, death and the afterlife and other fundamental concerns. It offers an overview of how living by the principles of the Zohar can lead one to live in harmony with the Divine.

Taming Chaos by Kabbalist Rav P.S. Berg states that according to Kabbalah, chaos is not random but the result of an improper understanding of your own personal power and the spiritual system that can energize your life. In truth, says Rav Berg, only human consciousness and the human mind can bring lasting order out of chaos.

A Course in Miracles came into my adventure in 2007 and there I learned that The Course claims to be the divinely inspired words of Jesus Christ, and it is presented as a practical method for returning our awareness to God. The Course consists of three books: the “Text,” the “Workbook for Students,” and “The Manual for Teachers.” After reading the text I daily took to the Workbook for Students for one year as the exercises are numbered 1 to 365. It is written:

The workbook is divided into two main sections, the first dealing with the undoing of the way you see now, and the second with the acquisition of true perception. Each day’s exercises are planned around one central idea, which is stated first. This is followed by a description of the specific procedures by which the idea for the day is to be applied.

In 2008 I became a Metaphysical Practitioner graduating from the University of Metaphysical Sciences with M. Msc. degree. This is the place where I learned about prominent spiritual concepts and methods offered by spiritual traditions, teachers and writers throughout the world.

Metaphysics may be described as a spiritual / philosophical approach of a non-empirical character into the nature of human existence. As such, it includes an overlapping and diverse number of fields of inquiry. Its central precepts draw on both the Eastern and Western religious and metaphysical traditions and incorporates influences from holistic and self-help therapies, parapsychology, consciousness research and quantum physics. Mind, Body and Spirit are seen as interrelated and intrinsically connected with each other.

The Teachings of Abraham with Esther and Jerry Hicks gave me insight into a belief filled with the art of allowing our natural Well-Being to come forth. Ask and It is Given is their New York Times bestseller.  To quote a page from their Ask and It is Given Perpetual flip calendar which I have on my kitchen counter since 2009 it is written:

There is not anything in all of the Universe more delicious than to have a desire that you are a vibrational match, and – in that alignment of your being connected to Source Energy – being inspired to an action. That is the furthest extension of the Creation Process – there is no action in all of the Universe that is more delicious than inspired action.

During this ride I filled up my gas tank with many books from famous authors mostly published from Hay House in the beginning. To name a few; Louise L. Hay, Sonia Choquette, Dr.Wayne W. Dyer, Doreen Virtue, Marianne Williamson, don Miguel Ruiz, Sylvia Browne, Cheryl Richardson, Brian L. Weiss, M.D., and Denise Linn. There is an extensive list of  books I have read, as well as, workshops I attended. Even a cruise I went on to the Mediterranean Seas with Wayne Dyer in 2012.

Here I was devouring words from these many teachers and at the same time writing my book. Making Believers: “Connect to the light within…” I self-published in 2010 with Infinity Publishing. Patricia Lynn Reilly wrote the following about my book: Linda’s first novel is the story of Amanda and her mother Gracie. Although they are enveloped by shadows from the past and overcome by the painful realities of the present, Amanda and Gracie tell the story of unconditional love. Gracie dies and leaves Amanda a gift that will change her future. Then it was re-published in 2011 by Balboa Press: A Division of Hay House. It was in 2011 where I met my teacher Deborah King at an I Can Do It in Tampa, Florida where I had a book signing. I am proud to announce that I am now one of her Masters in Training as I have continued to study with her since then.

It has been a journey and path that has been an amazing ride filled with wonder and wisdom in many ways. As we are in the middle of the holiday season my gift to you is joy, peace and love at this time and in the future. I hope that my ride allows you to seek out one of your own to jump onto. Maybe take a workshop, class or just read a book that I have written about or search out the authors above. Whatever you are excited about is your passion, is your purpose in life. My passion has always been the written word in any form and to share love with everyone. Here I am today sharing my story and my ride of a lifetime, just because it was my time to grow and live my truth.

LA BELIEVES …

Love Is Key…

In the final steps of change it is the thought of belief that creates miracles. Doors open and strangers appear allowing change to intesify. It is the circle of life that completes wholeness in life by itself. Asking if time is the issue to accomplish total change is not part of a spiritual path. Time is created by man to enforce life and gain. In reality it has been deemed that one has all the time they need to accomplish their purpose in life. In the Great Creator’s eyes it reflects mostly space that we fill with love and our actions that matters most.

The simple word ‘love’ symbolizes all that is. As people we have difficulty with this one word, ‘love’ which leads to many words in a lifetime. Love can be abundantly creative, offer another kindness while allowing beauty to fill one’s eyes. When one is receptive to love and allows its light to shine from within they too can become expansive in thought and actions. It is the strength of one word which will lead all to find their purpose and passion in life. Please do not deny love into your life. Let it enter and rest in your heart. It is comforting and filled with wondrous strength to benefit daily life and all the living. This journey of life is magical, insightful and brilliantly bright when love is at its center. Find someone or something that fills your heart with love while putting a smile on your face because of the pure joy you discover within.

As I personally walk as one with the universe IAM filled with a unity that completes me. IAM for years now gathering an awareness of all that guides me. My passion and path has always been the written word and today IAM able to let the words of life fill my pages. Life for me is the ‘now,’ and in the “now,” IAM strong to trust and be one with the truth of my own beliefs. I surround my day with the beauty of all as IAM required to wrap the arms of my life around my soul. As a unit in the unity of life my truth is shown to me in the knowledge I absorb by those who have come before me. As I ascertain their beliefs and combine yesterdays wisdom with todays, I manifest a path that will guide those who read my words towards their tomorrow.

As IAM witness to the connection of life on this journey that we are only complete and whole when we blend together the wisdom of all into our beliefs I know love is the key. The wheel of life is continuous and there are stops where one can replenish their own existence. It is being part of life and sharing love that brightens the soul. IAM thankful beyond words at the end of each day for all my thoughts and awareness of my purpose that I have been given. IAM grateful each morning for another chance to learn and obtain inner knowledge to fulfill this purpose.

Love is my way and reason today.

Love gives me insight making my soul bright.

Love answered my plea setting me free.

Love has been given to me.

IAM creative, kind, beautiful, loving and abundantly receptive and expansive towards all I now see.

LOVE IS ALL THERE IS …

When we learn the language of unity and purpose we will fill with the energy of the universe. Some may believe it is a foreign language but in reality it is a means of conversation to experience. It has been easy for me to adapt to this change because I believe that there is a deep process to life and that everything does happen for a reason. To begin on this journey, is to fill with love for this universe and understand that there are paths of pain we all need to learn from. Those who continue over and over again to create pain and disharmony in their life are refusing to learn that there must be love to exist in harmony. Some are so disharmonious in their relationships they turn to toxins to release pain which they only succeed in burying  deeper. Layer upon layer the depth of their pain seeps until one can no longer believe that love is possible. A trap forms and one cannot see a way out because of the fear of changing who they are or who they believe they must be by another’s standards.

As humans, change frightens us. We are comforted by this feeling we have grown accustomed to when in reality change will free us. It is this wheel of life that we hold onto because in our mind there is no escape. We need to know that we can stop the wheel and make a change by our own thought process. To ignite a change one must begin with their daily thoughts about themselves first. Then they can slowly incorporate their thoughts about life and people to discover their inner peace.

There is a miracle to life which I call belief. It is this belief in oneself that allows us to learn lessons and  appreciate that there is a process to life. I believe that there has to be a process because as a nation today we have grown enormously through the years from when I was a child growing up in the 1950’s. Our importance as humans seems to be what we choose to worship and assume we are the ones controlling our lives. Once we learn that only the universe controls our lives and accomplishments and that we are only given choices to choose from we will notice the difference in the benefits we achieve when we trust in the process of life. It has been my passion for years now to know that IAM not in control but that the universe is. I believe that there is a reason for everything, that anything is possible and the key that opens all the doors is Love. Life become joyous and filled with wonder when one decides to believe in this miracle and discovers their true passion to become fulfilled. Simply learn to love the lessons of life and you will be shown the way to your truth and happiness.

There are little gifts that we are given; it could be a letter in the mail, a song on the radio, a book that is recommended, a person who suddenly appears in our lives or any small change in the process of our daily existence. Small choices we are all given to grasp and learn from to believe in the symbols of life so one becomes aware of the path in ones journey which is the process of life. I have asked myself the following: “Can I control my life? Can I control another’s actions? Can I know what is best for another?” My answer is “no!” Only the universe knows all and leads us through life which is our purpose to discover.

Meditate on these questions to discover your inner peace. We do not need to understand all nor do we need to know why life unfolds as it does. It is the warmth of this belief that a Higher Intelligence exists within and one can simply hand their life over to experience love and kindness. It is the reason one changes to believe in a Higher Intelligence that is Divine and knows all. Why not experience change, transition, self-discovery and your own completeness? Love yourself as you are first, to release yesterday’s barriers. No reason not to and most important is the benefit of pure love to create miracles. It is your power to claim. Being receptive to change allows growth and wholeness to lead one to their inner wisdom.

Try these affirmations; I am good. I feel good. I intend good. I am whole. I am beautiful. I am creative. I am kind. I am loving. I am loved. I am abundant. I am receptive. I am brilliant. I am never alone. I am one with the universe. I am happy. I am joy. I trust the process of life.

The Fears of Life Eventually Lead us to our Path, Passion and Purpose….

I believe with my entire self that anything is possible. I believe in love and kindness for all. I believe I have loved deeply and will always love deeply. It is the part of me that best describes who IAM! There was a time though that I feared life. Why? In retrospect I was lost and scared. I needed to believe first in who I AM. I created a pattern of letting my own self, my truth disappear and be taken from me. Strange words to write I imagine for others to read and yet it is the essence of life one needs to learn to see the beauty of which one can be in life. I have learned that we are all beautiful in our own way. We just glow brighter when we realize our own beauty comes from within. To let another rob us of who we are is a lesson to accomplish in returning to oneself, to simply remember our truth. This pattern we create to survive is our shield, mask or simply not who we believe we are allowed to be because of fear that has been gifted to us by our parents, spouses or society.

The path of life is to love the life you have chosen. To develop a trust that there is a process to all of life and that everything happens for a reason. Those who dare to believe otherwise refuse to learn about themselves. Clearly, I see the pain in life that we ourselves need to create due to the basic belief we choose when we choose fear. Once love replaces fear the pain will be no more. We all at one time need to grow our thoughts, words and actions with a belief that is positive by planting one seed at a time. A wholeness will then develop to set one apart. As we realize there is a part of us that is our spiritual self, we will then discover that these inner parts are deep and profound, as well as, perfect.

We create barriers in our own lives! Who or what is this barrier? It has to be an emotional state one gets into which is not contributing to who one really is. As the carrier of our own emotions we need to release the ideas, thoughts and feelings of yesterdays relationship with life that have become habits today. In doing so, a new beginning will unfold.

There is a definite oneness to life – a unity that connects us all yet we are individual with our own creativity to allow one to progress in life to complete self-harmony. We will then become balanced and have responsibilities through the service of this creativity to fulfill a life daily with this inner wisdom which is our self-harmony. Individually each one of us needs to attain this for ourselves. The barrier created of emotional attachment will be released then forever. The beauty of life is when we choose not to allow despair into  our being and to stop the growth of it to become a strength that is unacceptable. We must grow beyond what we ourselves can imagine.

There comes a time when we desire to travel alone in life without the strength of another. Why? We need to find the strength we possess within! When one flies to the highest change one can experience the discovery of who they can be will be waiting to complete them. This release of emotional attachment to our past is the grandest of complete growth and our independence. We all have the right to travel this journey of knowledge that we crave about who we are and who we can be.

There will then be a positive sight  to cling to and the path will be cleared of the debris of fear that had been gifted from one to another. The  body, mind and soul creates and craves to release the negativity of life that surrounds everyone. This is the needed escape to cleanse the thoughts of yesterday once and for all. The routine of the vicious cycle of life one is accustomed to will then end quite quickly. We cannot stop the fears of yesterday by the thoughts of trying to reason or ask why. That is not up to us IAM told. Embrace the lessons learned and leave the rest.

It is a bit difficult to be able to stand up and believe in oneself. Yet, it is needed and the only way is to follow the inner ache of the heart for more. The truth of who anyone can be is this accomplishment. We are never taught to love ourselves first but to do for others especially as women. It is expected that women must sacrifice their lives for those they love. Men also have the burden of being strong, successful, responsible and insightful to the needs of the women they love. Whether we are woman or man fear is of the ego. Love erases the fears of yesterday and connects one to God. Anyone can get a chance to live a life that can fulfill their desired dreams at any age. A miracle of insight and knowledge, of all one can desire, dream and imagine starts by the simple act of loving oneself.

One may wonder how one begins to love oneself and reach as deep within as they can to find their path, passion, and purpose – their power. It is not easy to relive the past looking for answers to all the questions that start with why! Know that there is a road to travel that is waiting for you. Leave the past where it belongs in the past and become aware of your present thoughts, words and actions. The steps can be many; from diet, to exercise, affirmations, Reiki, acupuncture, massage, meditation, prayer, energy healing and the inner work of taking pen to paper is the greatest therapy I have ever experienced to release all that no longer serves me today. My greatest moments in life have been when I connected to Mother Nature’s beauty; a walk at the beach, a walk around the block, sitting under the moon, swimming in water, even hugging a tree to ground myself to her and fill myself up with her strength. We are one as we all spend time with her daily in any form that we travel. Mother Earth connects us and supports us in all that we choose to be.

Today I Embrace My Path…

As I sit at the table on my deck in the backyard on this beautiful sunny morning I feel connected to a Divine Intelligence. Birds are singing in the tress and the water is flowing by ever so silently. There seems to be a stillness in the air that is comforting. I understand that I need to be part of life to live life. In reality I am more comfortable being alone because I enjoy the company of the universe. I am neither bored nor feel as if I am missing something. It is this beauty and wonder I feel for life that surrounds me and fulfills me. It simply is the need for nothing. I have everything I can think of. This simplicity and beauty of life fills me with joy. I am abundantly fulfilled.

I feel protected and satisfied on this path I am following as I am aligning my life’s goals and purpose. There is a time for all things in one’s life if one is patient, honest, truthful and noble. The part I am learning today is that I must join the human race. This is not easy for me because I have comforted myself in the silence of a lifetime by being a spiritual loving and giving woman. I believe that I have grown beyond a need or reason to teach my children any more. They have learned all they can from me. Now they make choices as adults in their life that they are offered by the universe. Sometimes they just need that connection to me as a means of verification.

I am a child myself learning about all that I can be. I need at this time to play and fill with joy at all that is waiting for me to embrace; to see life through the eyes of children again. My dreams are joyfully filled with wonder by my grand babies as well as the flow of water that I am witness to every day. I am offered an emotional energy that fills me with intuition by the waters of my dreams and daily existence. Water nourishes my soul as it offers me a spiritual alignment with the powers of the universe. I find this to be a connection to the depths of my soul. I am overwhelmed with the emotions of my life at times because they are not what I had expected from myself. It is the ability of feeling connected with all and not separate from but whole that is harmonious.

My strength has always been my children. My greatness is them. I miss the joy and love I surrounded our days with as a mom in the past. Yes, there are telephone calls and questions daily but the time to move on past the walls of just being a mom is now. This change of being a creative, productive woman is upon me in its fullest capacity. I believe I have completed being the woman I was yesterday only because of the strength my children possess today to fulfill their own paths. I have nurtured and nourished them with unconditional love and I am aware that I have to let them fly out into the world and do their own work now.

I notice that my soul/personality is screaming extremely loudly to be heard. My soul is satisfied by my choices and is brightly lit. It is my personality my heart that is bruised and wounded but the comfort of my soul is stronger than the discomfort my personality is going through. The wonder of my whole existence is now the knowledge within which is the truth of how I am and all that I am capable of. If my emotions are bruised it is because as a human being it is part of the journey of life to feel and experience that which we need to learn from. It is fine for me to acknowledge the pain within caused by a life I chose to exist in. For now I believe I need to cleanse myself of that which I no longer need in my life. I will then be nourished by the spirit of my soul.

All in all I am accepting of the changes I have made and realize how the strength and belief in oneself brings one power to be. At times I move slowly and seem to revert  back of my own free will to old thoughts. There are endings and beginnings in life and a new beginning can only start with an end of the old, a sort of completion is required as I accept what is today.

I myself look for reasons and excuses when I know the truth yet cannot acknowledge it is so. I am in a state of suspension, a limbo as I wait for my true purification of yesterday. As a balanced, enlightened soul I am dwelling on the change of my lifetime and emotionally I worry of its effect on those I love.

I am not a different me. I am a true me. My choices are for me and the universe. To be joined in unity with love. I see we are all one, all connected. The pain caused to one hurts all. To believe otherwise or that there is separateness is to deceive oneself. There can only be love in life to belong to each other. With no love, no kindness, and no joy one’s light deems.

I believe that the greatest lesson is that change is healthy and required to find one’s way. To love with pain and knowledge of despair is true love. The pain is the emotional aspect of rejection because the blood of love pumps through our veins. My soul requires no answers or reasons why, for a new life is possible once the old one no longer works.

MY SON’S TABLE …

I looked around and was witness to the beauty of four generations; the oldest just turning 90 years old a few days ago, while the youngest will be 8 months this week! My heart filled with love for them all, as we shared another meal as family in celebration of Easter Sunday. I remembered those that had sat with us in the past and my soul whispered a sigh of memory for that which had come and gone for now.

There was an abundance of food and laughter as we shared many hours together. I was amazed that the four little ones, the new generation were clueless to the meaning of the day, only due to the fact that they were all under four years of age but were filled with joy that we had gathered together.

How marvelous the day was as I was witness to an energy that can only be called, “Love!” We were enjoying being a family as we shared the day sitting around the table. I believe I am in awe of God and His power to show me that the little things to treasure in life are the moments we come together as a family, laughing, eating, hugging and kissing. It was a day to embrace the beauty of abundance that filled our hearts, not the food that filled our bellies.

I felt grateful to be alive! I was thankful for those I share my life with! I felt a serge of love for everyone! I am blessed for the experience of awareness.

I shall store these new memories in my mind with all the rest as I travel this path, called life. No matter how I look at it, I fill with love for all the experiences through the years, the tender moments that begin with a new life as we travel this journey together until it changes and one moves on. The greatest gift I have been given is to know I need to stop and smell the roses along the path of life …

LA Believes

I have to smile as I think of these last few weeks and the amazing journey of life I am experiencing. While driving, I heard the following thought in my head; “you are allowed to be You!” Even at the time I imagined what a silly thought, haven’t I always been me, I asked as I laughed out loud!

Is this the time in my life where I take a look at myself and what I imagine can only be the lies of my life and  illusions of my mind? My path has unfolded to this point by the will of God. I know this to be true. I stumbled many times yesterday on this path that I know I created to learn from. However, as a daughter, wife, mother and grandmother today I have chosen my way of being as one of love, kindness, and joy. The stumbling days were filled with the fears of not knowing that I had a right to speak, know the truth and why another is unkind, abusive, detached or mentally ill.

Today I am filled with the gift of belief and faith that God is love and that is all that I need to sustain myself. The mysteries of life are the journey that settles us all on our path. I fill with an acceptance today that I have a story to share as well as everyone else. Our stories do not define us though I am learning. Our stories are that which we were given to learn from and grow. Our stories are our strength and courage to be the men and women our ancestors were not able to be.

Many of us travel daily with the memories of our past manifesting a deep sadness for what could have been or that which we believe is missing in our lives. I believe that the path of our journeying is the love, joy, happiness and creativity that was present yesterday which needs to be honored today. I have chosen to be grateful for everyone who has travelled along side me all these years. With love and thankfulness in my heart I look forward to those I shall meet in the future as they too will be a chapter in my story that I know I will benefit from.

LA Believes

What am I looking for? I have Asked myself. Those who I love and cherish have also asked this question of me!

In the past I was looking for my belief in life, is the answer I was given. At this stage of my path I wanted answers to yesterday’s life. It seemed to me that my present life was transforming. I had a secret that I held close to my heart because I was unaware of the outcome but a desire pushed me forward to find my freedom, my belief, and unconditional love for me and for all.

I was not able to tell you back then who I was going to be or how I was going to go about being who I am today but there was an inner light that connected me in knowing that I was returning to me. I don’t know if this makes sense but I had to go back to the beginning of this life experience and find something. I  was developing a process through meditation where I began to understand for myself that my life has been about lessons and that everything happens for a reason.

The first lesson I learned was that we are all teachers and that Earth is a classroom where we are to learn to love one another by awakening from our dream state and remember our truth. I began with my parents and the lessons I learned from them.  This filled me with a deeper love and understanding for their own lives and the reasons they were who I chose this lifetime to learn from.

My dad taught me the true meaning of unconditional love for every human being, strangers included and the beauty of Mother Nature. An avid walker, he showed me how to bask in the sunlight, dream and appreciate the beach, parks and stars. It was his voice that spoke to me of kindness, love and respecting all of life. True acceptance of him allowed me to accept all and I must say to never be embarrassed of another’s actions. On this his 15th year Anniversary of passing I smile with the memory of our walks and talks. I miss you dad!

My mom taught me to favor no one and to do my responsibilities as a wife and mother with love and a song in my heart. I travelled with her on a journey of truth and found that truly we are all taught by our parents and I made a point to always remember that I was setting an example for my children because of her. Her wisdom and pain I realized were erased by those that she believed she had to listen to because of the generation she was born into. She never had the chance to have her voice and to follow her  dreams but as her daughter, hopefully I helped her to live through me and know she was a great teacher, mom and friend who I truly learned so much from. The pains, fears and sorrow she carried in her heart this lifetime has allowed her to finally escape from it all. She has dementia now and how I would love to hear her voice when I speak to her say, “hi, Lyn!”

My path has been a deep journey of discovery which I shall continue to embrace and share.

LA Believes

The Path one travels in life seems to be something which all believe needs to be searched for!

What if the path is where our feet stand at this exact moment in time?

What if there is no need to search for anything at all?

Personally, I have lived a life filled with interesting lessons that I have learned from, which have been part of my path. I haven made choices in life that have empowered me to continue always on my path forward, although sometimes a bit slow. I smile at the memory of the freedom of my youth, as well as the fears I learned, a marriage at a young age, where I was clueless to who I was and would be and then the joys of motherhood. However, through those years I had many detours to embrace with a belief of my own that unconditional love is the best medicine in the world.

My learning experiences have created in me an awareness that I always have a choice. Sometimes I chose silence for many years (these were the slow years) only to digest that which I could not comprehend from those I loved. Other times, I roared as a lion to protect my cubs, who I respected and knew that one day they would have to leave me because I did not own them. There were times where I escaped into a good book or I should write many a book, just to rest for awhile. For me the daily writing of my experiences cleared a wider path to walk. At times I took to my bed with a heavy heart depressed and dealing with grief that had suddenly come upon me. Through all the years of my life I acquired a belief that if I did anything with love in my heart I would be okay.

When a fork appealed on my path one day I had a choice to make which would change and transform my life tremendously but I believe today I was led and have always been led to rise and continue on by a force which I call my Higher Self, God, or Jesus! At times I doubted myself and all that I was transforming, learning and creating. I wondered if this was possible for me, at this age, at this time? I began to seek, search and acquire with a belief that I needed more.

Recently, I came under the awareness that I am on a golden path filled with singing birds, beautiful flowers, strong trees, blue skies and a sun that warms my soul as the stars twinkle above me in the night. Where I stand today, as I AM, is my path.

LA Believes

I received a word this past week that allowed me to look at my life differently! It was just a whisper, gently heard from within but the word “PAUSE” stopped me dead in my tracks. I had to agree as I smiled, “yes, my life is on pause…” Simple and clear it was time for me to reflect, renew, and remember. I had always just moved forward in life asking no questions just going with the flow. I remembered that I never wanted for anything yet I received everything I could ever want or imagine.

As I write this Sunday, I sit in the window seat of our cabin in Upstate, NY watching the snow fall ever so gently on the mountains and treetops that surround me. It is silent in the cabin I have named, “The Palace,” as I breathe in all that I am witness to. I believe I have a connection here, on this land to Mother Earth which started as a child. As I reflect on yesterday I see that little girl I was, learning about the beauty of Mother Earth from her dad, who was an avid walker. I remember we walked everywhere our feet could take us because my dad did not own a car, otherwise we took buses and trains.

We walked through the streets of our neighborhood, the streets of Manhattan – even the Bowery and it was at a young age I learned of the homeless and forgotten men and women of our world. I was amazed and a little afraid at the men and women who approached us, but my dad told me to hold his hand. I would be okay, these people might have been doctors, lawyers, nurses and they just lost their way but they would not harm us.

The greatest of these memories is the times we went to Coney Island and a neighborhood park in Greenpoint, New York which I believed was called McCarron Park. It was there that my brother and I had our own trees that we had chosen and which we climbed and hugged when we visited. I would try and run so fast once we entered the park to try and beat my brother to our trees.

I no longer walk as much as I have in the past, I no longer climb trees, but I do still hug them! This land that we own 155 acres renews me and I believe my appreciation, my love and joy in Mother Earth stems from my dad.

This past week I journeyed to the life I have lived to reflect on who I am today. I learned that I need to renew myself, to pause and just remember how great my life is and has been. This I believe in my heart but I know it stems from deep within my soul.

I also remembered this week that as a little girl, a teen, a young woman, wife and then mother I did want to be a writer for I have always been an avid reader. I wanted to tell stories that in some way would and could put a smile on another’s face, maybe let them reflect, renew and remember.

GOD DOES NOT BLINK

…There comes a time in life when the soul leads the heart to know the truth of the mind. It is then that inner peace is felt and the truth of one’s belief system is that there is nothing to be said because the essence of connecting to God is more important than being right. One cannot be right or wrong when one believes only God knows the truth of each reason for being.

The mystics of yesterday that prayed and vowed silence at times filled with a belief of being simply one with God all of the time. To pray constantly throughout the day is to offer the heart of the mind and soul, as well as, the body up to God. To know and believe that there is only God and life in truth is only a test to see how we handle the situations in our life.

The fear of the mind, the guilt of the body, the shame of the soul and the grief of the heart fill the lies of the voice to create an illusion one is not able to see and an attachment of false belief for all. What are these fears but that one is inferior because the body betrays us to pleasure it which allows shame to take over the soul for the actions performed. WIthin reason the heart fills with grief for what is and for what is not while the voice speaks of dishonesty and disbelief creating lies we tell ourselves as well as whose we lie to. Before one is aware we are unable to see the truth and illusion is easier to live with as we attach who we are to the materialistic wants of life.

All in all God is the last thought and the ego equals all the fear we fill with as a means of controlling who we are and how we treat another. Unless in some way God is evident in the daily creation of belief in our lives there can never be the voice of love to be heard.

This is the truth of the reason God does not blink because he waits for us to experience the lesson we came here to learn from so that we can go within and be one with Him …

GOD DOES NOT BLINK

Negative language stems from a belief in negative thoughts and behavior. Negativity is fed and nourished to exist by abuse that was part of your life experiences which led you to be controlling because you feared what happened to you could happen to another. However, the controlling then leads you to be condescending and critical as well as judgmental towards those you travel through this life experience with.

This negativity leads you to be opinionated because fear is your religion and love is not possible in any way or form because your life is not what you expected it to be. How do you believe you have the right to harm another in any way or form? You may believe you know but only God knows who we are, who we can be, why we are here and what lessons we need to remember and incorporate into our lives. God loves us unconditionally and that is why He does not blink …

God Does Not Blink

…Critical Language…

Critical language is how you express yourself because it has been years since your belief system had a kind word to say to you about you. Who you are and become is who you believe yourself to be by the conditioning of your own childhood. How your parents, family, friends, teachers and society in general have projected you should be. It does not always stem from words but from the world you live in, the radio you listen to, the television shows you watch and the movies you pay money to see as well as the type of magazines and books you read.

Along the way on your path and journey through life you have erased the loving baby you were born to become as an adult, into this critical person because you have fallen victim to a life that is all body and ego. There is no mind that is connected to your heart that nourishes your soul because fear is part of your life daily. You need now to discover all that you fear and release it so that you can see literally with the eyes within that love is one of the lessons you are here to remember and re-learn. In doing so, you begin the process of discovering your ‘soul work,’ which will nourish and transform you…

God Does Not Blink

…Condescending…

Condescending behavior stems from the belief that you are better than another. However, this is just once again the fear that someone might be better than you. God has created us all equal and it is our belief that we are either prettier, thinner, wealthier, smarter and better than each other. You create this attitude toward people who cross your path in life and even with people who are your family and friends because somewhere, someone took a look at you and told you that you were inferior to them. Once this seed gets planted and watered, sometimes daily it grows into the deepest of roots of your being and you cannot break free because the fear and pain eat away at you.

We are all believers in one form or another that someone else knows more than us. When the truth in life is that we are all at different levels of consciousness. We have been able in prior lifetimes to learn certain lessons and now we are here in this lifetime as well to learn certain lesson that we can carry forward as that part of who we are that is connected to God…

God Does Not Blink

…What you believe answers who you are and how you live your life by the thoughts you think, the words you speak and your actions towards others. In the end, the bottom line is that change, transformation, awakening, enlightenment and claiming the freedom you have been born to discover is possible. This is what God waits for and why He does not blink when we abuse one another by cursing, hating, or screaming. He forgives us because He knows we do not know what we are doing and have not journeyed farther along the path of our destiny just yet. Just as a child who falls while trying to walk is not beaten but picked up and help gently because he has not learned the lesson in life of how to walk. We have come here to learn the lesson of love for one another which begins with loving oneself first. When we love God, we love ourselves. It is only then that we can learn to love another…
